Bank Robber disguised as a plant!

This morning's story about the police that raided a PNC Bank with guns because they mistook a cardboard cut out for a bank robber, reminded us of this bank robber last year who thought he could sneak in and out of a bank when he robbed it by disguising himself as a plant!!
